Draft privacy notice

Privacy

This working notice explains the information Recensio uses to operate creator matching, builder testing, payments, and support.

Information we collect

We collect account details, profile and matching attributes, test briefs, task responses, uploaded video reviews and transcripts, support requests, and platform activity needed to operate the service. The exact information depends on whether you join as a builder or creator.

How we use information

We use information to create accounts, match creators to relevant studies, deliver feedback, administer rewards, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and improve the reliability and security of the service.

What builders can see

Builders receive the submitted evidence and the profile context needed for a test. Recensio is designed not to expose a creator's personal contact details to builders through normal product-feedback results.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only as needed to operate the platform, fulfill a request, comply with law, or protect the service and its users. This may include infrastructure, storage, authentication, transcription, payment, and support providers that process information on our behalf.

Choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. You can also ask privacy questions through Support; choose the Privacy topic so we can route the request appropriately.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, but no online system is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including quality review, dispute handling, compliance, and platform records.
