Draft legal terms
Terms of service
These working terms explain the responsibilities of builders, creators, and Recensio when using the product-testing marketplace.
Using Recensio
Recensio helps builders request product feedback from matched creators. You may use the service only if you can lawfully enter into these terms and provide accurate account information. Keep account access secure and tell us promptly if you believe it has been misused.
Builder responsibilities
Builders must provide lawful products, accurate task instructions, and only the access necessary for the requested test. Do not ask creators to share sensitive personal information, bypass security controls, make purchases, or perform unlawful or unsafe tasks. Respect the evidence delivered through the platform and any applicable confidentiality obligations.
Creator responsibilities
Creators provide independent, original feedback based on their own experience. Follow the assigned task, answer the stated reflection questions honestly, and do not use AI-generated material where a test requires your own response. Use of AI to produce feedback is strictly prohibited and will lead to a ban and replacement of the submission. We may screen submissions and use the disclosed review process for suspected policy violations.
Rewards and review
Creators see the stated reward before accepting a test. Rewards and payouts remain subject to the applicable quality review, platform rules, and payment review. Approved work moves to the creator's Recensio wallet, from which payouts can be requested.
Acceptable use and enforcement
Do not interfere with the service, create duplicate accounts to obtain rewards, impersonate another person, upload harmful material, or misuse another person's data. We may pause, reject, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, or enforce these terms.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law. For questions, visit Support.
